Conditions for Returning Products of Proper Quality

There are two reasons why a customer may return or exchange a purchased product:

  1. The product does not meet the quality claimed by the manufacturer.

  2. The product fully meets all specifications but, for any reason, does not satisfy the customer.

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • The original packaging must not be damaged;

  • The product must include all original accessories and components;

  • The product must have no mechanical damage;

  • The product must show no signs of use.

The return shipment may be sent within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued to the customer's bank account within 3 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected by the seller.

Conditions for Returning Products of Unsatisfactory Quality

If defects are discovered during the applicable warranty period, the customer has the right to request:

  • A proportional price reduction;

  • Free repair of the product;

  • Reimbursement of expenses incurred in repairing the product.

If the defects cannot be repaired, the customer may request either:

  • A replacement product; or

  • A full refund.

Any defective product must be reported within the first 24 hours after delivery.
